Our loyalty plan is made up of improvements in rates by purchase levels, that is, the more purchases you make, the better your rates will be.
The plan consists of 4 different rates:
What cost scale do the rates have?
- Public for orders less than €2,000 +VAT.
- Scaled for orders between €2,000 and €6,000 + VAT.
- RX for orders of €6,000 up to €10,000 +VAT.
- Elite for orders over €10,000 +VAT.
These improvements can be achieved in a single large order, or by accumulating small orders.
Once you reach enough points to access the next escalation, you will have the button available to request it in your client area. This upgrade to your account is permanently linked and the next time you need to place an order, the entire website will show the prices with the corresponding discount.
You can also get improvement points in your account by rating our products by giving your opinion about them. On the website, in the section of your account and orders, you will see active 'review' buttons of the previously purchased products.
How do I know what program level my account is in?
On the desktop version of the website, your specified level will appear below the link to your account in the header.
On mobile, the level will appear below the menu button and next to the link that leads to your account.
Would this scaling also apply to a quote?
Of course, if you are interested in making a quote, we recommend doing it through our website. We will review it and if it meets the scale mentioned above, a budget will be sent, adjusting the prices.
Do you already have an account with us?
Within the “My account” section, your loyalty graph appears where you can see the current status of your loyalty. If you have completed the level you can request the rate promotion.
