- Warning this is a technique bar. Do not load more than 60kg or drop it.
In scenarios where the user or athlete is not going to drop the bar, and the loads they will be working with are light, prioritising the learning of technique over load volume, this bar is ideal.
It is recommended to perform minimal maintenance every 2 months with a cloth and some WD40 type product. The more intensive the use, the greater the maintenance will be.
