Urethane bumper plates.
Extremely hard and dense. They have very low bounce and high durability. Due to their compact nature, they are not recommended in settings where noise or vibrations are a concern. Use on rubber flooring is essential, and 40 mm thickness is highly recommended.
The 5KG discs are not designed for dropping.
