Our Drop Pads ST absorb and cushion a significant portion of the energy from the bar as it drops, while another part is reflected as a rebound. This way, the amount of impact that travels through the pads is much lower, reducing the noise and vibrations generated during workouts.
Each pad weighs 8kg and they are sold as indivisible pairs.
