Details

Buena barra especial, en este caso la safety bar, nos permite realizar sentadillas mas cómodas con respecto a la articulación del hombro. Incidiendo mas en los cuádriceps este trabajo y nos permite realizar zancadas con barra, ejercicio muy interesante para aislar musculatura.
