Our Drop Pads XL cushions absorb and dampen a significant amount of the energy from the bar as it falls, while reflecting some of it back as rebound. This way, the impact that travels through the cushions is considerably less, reducing the noise and vibrations generated during training.
The weight of each cushion is 10kg and they are sold in indivisible pairs.
