Details
Bar specifically designed for squats. Its unique shape allows for a lower center of gravity than the point of support, and with the handles positioned at the front, it enables us to control the weight more comfortably. This bar is indicated for strength work for both advanced and novice athletes, and even those with mobility issues. Buena barra especial, en este caso la safety bar, nos permite realizar sentadillas mas cómodas con respecto a la articulación del hombro. Incidiendo mas en los cuádriceps este trabajo y nos permite realizar zancadas con barra, ejercicio muy interesante para aislar musculatura.
