Our Maniak yoke/rack is a versatile tool. You can perform strongman exercises using it as a yoke, or for your training as a portable rack.
The disc storage supports on the feet of the yoke are 36 cm long each.

estructura funcional con poco espacio
si tienes poco espacio y necesitas tener material polivalente esta es una opcion genial. Hay que tener en cuenta que para hacer trabajos desde el rack la base siemrpe tiene que tener peso, porque si no se mueve
