BANCHO GHD con accesorio para rodillas
Muy útil además de para los clásicos sit ups y extensiones, para curl nórdico con el accesorio de apoyar las rodillas que trae.
Por poner una pega, la amplitud entre los rodillos es demasiada y os cojines un tanto duros.
A pesar de eso, vale la pena sin duda.
