Perfecto para soltar la barra en levantamiento pesados , la sujección del centro mejor que otros discos, se ve más consistente.

Los tengo desde hace 1 mes y...
Están como nuevos entrenando a diario. Son bastante duros y hacen ruido... mejor si se entrena sobre plataforma o suelo de caucho. Parecen indestructibles.
