Our Drop Pads XL absorb and dampen a large part of the energy carried by the bar as it falls and reflect it as a rebound. In this way, the amount of impact that passes through the pads is much less, reducing the noise and vibrations that are generated during training.
The weight of each cushion is 10kg and they are sold as indivisible pairs.
