With the Maniak Fitness leg extension machine you can work the hamstrings and quadriceps efficiently, without changing equipment.
Its reclining backrest at various angles allows, by selecting 180°, to extend the femoral bone while lying down.
Weight loading is carried out thanks to the sleeve compatible with Olympic plates.
