- Caution: This is a technical bar. It cannot be loaded over 60kg and cannot be drop.
In scenarios where the user or athlete is not going to drop the bar, and the loads to be worked are light, prioritising the learning of technique over the volume of load, this bar is ideal.
It is advisable to do a minimum maintenance, every 2 months with a cloth and a product such as WD40. The more intensive the use, the more maintenance will be required.
