Details
Our 10kg bar is the perfect starter bar for a teenager or someone who is just learning. The handle diameter is 25mm, the same as the women's bars, so this bar is perfect for a small hand. There is no excuse to work on your technique properly, with an olympic bar with standardized dimensions. If you are just starting out, this is the perfect bar for weightlifting or cross training.
As soon as the athlete is comfortable with this bar, it is time to move on to a higher bar: 12/15/20kg, depending on the case.
