Details
Our 10kg bar is the perfect bar to introduce a teenager or someone who is learning. The grip diameter is 25mm, the same as women's bars, making it ideal for a smaller hand. There is no excuse for not working on technique properly, with an Olympic bar and standardized dimensions. Are you just starting out? This is your perfect bar for working on weightlifting or cross training.
Once the athlete is comfortable with this bar, it's time to move on to a heavier one: 12/15/20kg, depending on the case.
