Our 10kg bar is the perfect bar for introducing a teenager or someone who is learning. The diameter of the grip is 25mm, the same as women's bars, so this bar is perfect for a small hand. There’s no excuse to work on technique properly now, with an Olympic bar and standardized dimensions. Are you just getting started? This is your perfect bar for weightlifting or cross training.
Once the athlete feels comfortable with this bar, it’s time to move on to a heavier one: 12/15/20kg, depending on the situation.
