Details
Made of High Density Polyethylene, the Maniak Fitness TECNICA TOPGRADE plates are indicated for beginner levels or for recovery sessions, their 450 mm diameter is the same as the rest of the bumper plates, and they can be used on any of our Olympic bars.
Its use is recommended indoors, as well as on weightlifting platforms or rubber floors.
