Made from High-Density Polyethylene, the TOPGRADE TECHNIQUE plates by Maniak Fitness are ideal for beginners or recovery sessions. With a 450 mm diameter—identical to standard bumper plates—they can be used with any of our Olympic bars.
Indoor use is recommended, preferably on weightlifting platforms or rubber flooring.
