The Maniak Fitness hexagonal dumbbells have two rubber-coated heads with flattened faces that allow you to perform many exercises both free weight and supported on them (push-ups, man maker, devil press, gymnastic exercises such as L-sit or pino, etc...) while others with round heads cannot be performed so comfortably.
Chrome-plated handle, very resistant to corrosion and with a knurling that offers an excellent feel. The handle of all the dumbbells have the same dimensions, but the rubber heads grow as the weight of the dumbbell increases. All sizes are shown in the pictures.
